General Instructions Beads:
 
1. Measure beads.
 
2. Package swap beads. They must be in sealed containers as zip lock bags, tubes or vials.
 
3. Identify every bead package with a label.
Examples: Delica Bead Swap packages must be Labeled with a DB number.
Seed beads sizes, 3-6 mm beads, Flowers & Leaves, etc...
Do NOT swap beads you can not identify.
 
4. Two envelopes will be needed.
Envelope 1 can be padded or not, is used for shipping your swap items to Sova Enterpises, and will contain Envelope 2 (described below).
Envelope 2 MUST be padded, self addressed and stamped with postage stamps and NOT SEALED.
Envelope 2 will be used to mail the return swap items from Sova Enterprises to you. Be sure to provide enough postage - you may want to take the unsealed envelopes to the post office and have them figure the postage before sealing Envelope 1 (never seal Envelope 2).
 
5. Insert the following items into "Envelope 2":
Bead Packets
Packaging List (A printable packing list will be provided to the email address provided when joining a swap.)
 
6. Insert "unsealed" Envelope 2 into Envelope 1.
 
7. Address and mail "Envelope 1" to:

When joining, you provided your email address. You will receive an email with the above instructions as well as the information provided when JOINing the SWAP.
As packages arrive we (Sova Enterprises) will notify you via email.
 

General Instructions Magazine/Thread:
 
1. Package Magazine. We suggest inserting the magazine info a plastic bag for to help keep it in the best condition possible. Also including a cardboard to keep magazine from being bent in transit is a GREAT idea.
 
2. Two envelopes will be needed. Be sure these envelopes are strong enough to endure the trip.
Envelope 1 can be padded or not, is used for shipping your swap items to Sova Enterpises, and will contain Envelope 2 (described below).
Envelope 2 Can be padded but is not required, self addressed and stamped with postage stamps and NOT SEALED.
Envelope 2 will be used to mail the return swap items from Sova Enterprises to you.
