We respond to every email and phone call received (Please leave a return phone number when leaving a phone message, speak clearly and slowly, we do want to talk with you). Response time is usually within a few hours (most times within a few minutes) and always (baring unforeseen circumstances) within 24 hours.

This information is for mailing swap items, contacting you via email in regards to the swap or email questions you have initiated. We will not sell, trade, give or pass along this information out without your permission.

Agreement:
(Swap participants and Sova Enterprises)

1. I agree to read and follow the information for each swap.
2. I understand that "lost or undelivered" mail is not the responsibility of Sova Enterprises.
3. The contents of Swap.Bead-Patterns.com (images, files, patterns, instructions, etc.) are not public property and may not be bought, sold, traded or taken from this site.
4. I understand that Sova Enterprises will return swap items not meeting the criteria or will contact me by email should items arrive after the swap deadline.
5. I understand that Sova Enterprises will not be responsible for packaging supplies, shipping fees, insurance, delivery. I will always be responsible for my own packaging supplies, shipping fees, insurance and delivery.
6. I understand that these swaps are "GRAB BAG" style, the beads I receive in return will be randomly chosen and that I may or may not be happy with the swap. I can re-swap as many times as I desire, making sure that I fulfill the swap's criteria/requirements.

Downloading without permission, the patterns, graphics, designs or images constitutes receipt of stolen goods and you could be prosecuted.
